Watch out your ashi sabaki, tai sabaki and please the kamae. There are others things too, but your posture wasn't the expected for a shodan. For me, based on what I see in Japan, you were more for a 5 kyu than for a shodan. Don't get it personally, it is just an advice.
The Doshu once grabbed my arm and said: "Kamaete", and I never forgot it.
