From :57 to 1:07, how long did it take you to condition your left hand for that? Even the 32nds are still straight 16ths on your left, damn! Non-stop 16ths on your hand for 10 seconds?

@Emdai7813 Exactly what you said. Work on your left hand. Its just a matter of practice. Exercise your left hand by playing as fast as you can ( with good technique!) for about 3 minuets max every time you practice. You dont need to over do it just spend time on it Withing a week you will see noticeable growth on your left hand speed. Think of it as what ever you do with your right, practice twice as much with your left. Practice basic rudiments strictly on your left. Trust me, it will work 100%

My right hand is much stronger than my left because of Double Beat 2004, haha. (RlrRRlRRlRlRRlRR etc..) I can try playing that off my left, it had remarkable results on my right hand.

@Emdai7813 Something else you could work on is what we used to do in highschool. Take your favorite tv show and sit and watch it with a drum pad or even a pillow and do straight singles for 10 mins, diddles, paradiddles, cheeses, flam 5's, ect. ect. while ur watching. Its easy to do and helps build endurance as well. especially if you keep up with the pillow. The pillow will help with technique because it doesnt really have bounce so u have to learn to control it more.
