Ok this is gonna sound weak, but on the trampoline whenever i try to spin anything over a 360, i look over sm shoulder, use my arms and everything, but i always end up on my butt, my legs just wont stay under me, any tips?

@Ananas1997 no. when you are doing a double cork or bio, the first bio or cork is the not inverted spin and the second (that makes it a dubble) is a flip.

Okay these comments are all ridiculous. A misty is not a frontflip 180. That is called a barani. A misty is also not with your feet over your head. What he is doing in this video is a double misty 1080. Bio's are completely different. You have it mixed up. Bio's are slightly off axis backwards.

ya thats a bouble misty, double bio you would have to throw over your trailing shouler, i have a bio/rodeo 7 in one of my vids check it out. the line between bio and rodeo is a pretty big grey area

WTF!!! i cant do those.....everytime i try i always go just into like a bio 9 i cant do bio to bio in mid air....any tips?

also i  havent tried it into a foam pit i only tried on a circle black tramp

You can try to do a 1,5 bio to your back. When you have that under control, you can spot your landing, and it feels nice to you. When you feel for it and think that you are ready, then just go for it! :)

I have done it on my back yard trampoline as well, so it is possible, if the tramp is good enough

-Cork is over your sholder

-Misty is a spin forward, rotating towards your under/lower arm.

-Bio is a sort of a "lean back" spin

@3596KoreanGuy when you are done with your first rotation... try pulling up bouth of your knees to your chest (or almoust) than you will go out of your first bio and you start rotating on your secund :D thats my tip. good luck

rigth in the beggenning trown ur body exactly the same way as u do ur normal bio

but when u start ur bio tuck as fast as u can and let the spin u thrown w/ ur body do the rest

the problem is that i don't got it on tape, same as the kangaroo of a friend of mine (but he did it another time and has it on tape now), i just got witnesses. all i know is that my first inverted spin was bio (cuz i can do bio 5, 7 and 9, i know how to spin it out) but i don't know what my second inverted spin was.. because i kept on spinning like i did in te beginning i thought it was a duble bio 10
