@mrfourtysevenman That's not a problem - if it starts backwards, you just have to quickly reduce the throttle until the engine has almost stopped, then apply some power again. What this does is that it makes the engine lose just enough momentum so that it can't get over the compression stroke. It will kind of bounce to the opposite direction and start spinning in the right direction.
hey there i have the same motor. is it all right if there's a little blank oil comeing out of the muffler. but it's burning blue smoke out of it.
