So much more entertaining than japaense wrestling.. this match seems to tell a story and the crowd is behind it.. in japan its very good execution but they do every move in the book every match.. this match doesnt need every move.. punches work because the performers can sell so well.. Japan has workers that can do moves but its done so routinely its BORING.. they aint got nothin on this

This was one of the best matches ever. I saw it a few time in its entirety and it's simply awesome.

The whole match was about 15 mins i think and it has not a single boring passage in the whole time.

it used to be the stepping stone before you can become world champ. becoming world champ back during hbk and bret days was much harder. you really had to be that good. bret and hbk were both intercontinental champion. and sometimes even if you became inter champion that didn't mean you could become world champion. being world champion meant something back then.
