  • If you're interested in compromise you have to weigh your options. In the past election which candidate was more willing to compromise? I think Obama is.

  • I was never trying to say Obama was neutral, nor would I want him to be. The point of this ad was to show that America is not as divided as the media portrays it to be. I thought a majority of people could rally around a candidate, even if they didn't agree with him on all the wedge issues, because they liked his character. And they did rally around him by a pretty large margin.

  • If this Purple Dialogue is a medium for pure debate and Obama is a player in such a debate how can he be in this debate both a mediator and debater? Clearly there is a conflict in interest, so how can this which seems peaceable really be antipathy?

Obama and his supporters want to convey that their leader is neutral. They want people to support what does not make logical sense. America's citizens are deceived and made deceivers.

  • Note: The president acts as the overseer to all political debate because he has the final decision. That is why Obama is the mediator. But he is also a debater. This idea is conflicted. It is an illusion to make people succumb to rhetoric.

  • What is the compromise that Obama has installed concerning the fear some people have that abortion is murder??? There is no compromise on such issues. What is needed are talks where fundamentals of logic and reason are determined. We need to come to conclusions about what the Constitution framers were as men and intended for the Constitution to convey. Not what the Constitution or society has evolved into. That is setting the parameters on changing foundations. It will fall.
