No nukes after wave 600, no matter how many damage upgrades you put, they will still be a waste of space. If you want to get past wave 800 you need a laser chain, tazers to slow the mob down (or combonly a couple poison gas rockets), and a rocket with max damage beside the laser, make sure the rocket's range is pointed away from the track so it doesn't shoot at the mobs. Laser chains shooting BFGs are the key to success, because they can hit 20+ times harder than nukes, depending on the chain.

u shouldt ry laser link + rocket combo for uber damage laser rocket instead of nukes, if done correctly it will get u the all tiem high score ever, but i have to figure out how to do it well :P

place turrets you wish to combine less than one 'turret-space' away from the combo-only turret. then when the combo-only turret glows, click it and it will combine to form a turret that only produces combos. Please note that each of the turrets must have their damage maxed out. DIfferent colored glows produce different combo-only turrets. | red = rocket combos | blue = canon | combos yellow = taser combos |

just build a laserchain, with the advanced laser guide (woeeeh), only frustration kept me from level 1500+ (medium).

Ok, so I did kind of the same thing you did only with nukes and tazers only, no laser chain, I got like 5.6 billion points. I started messing around with black holes and after only 2 levels of black holes I sold them with one guy left on the screen, and ALL my nukes/big damgage combined only took away like 30% of his health from start to finish. I don't remember what level that was, but with black holes got to wave 1500 b4 I got bored and sold it all and died. Final score 5.6 billion...

ok...sorry for the late comment... but what difficulty did you use? I use easy, so that kind've explains alot... haha.. yea.. the laser chain was pointless and did absolutely nothing... :P... also.. points are based on wave count multiplied by money spent... so you have to not only get to a higher level but spend alot of money... so potentially you can go on forever.. but I try to not use black holes.. .it's more fun in my opinion

if not... they're probably the cannon turrets (1:06 and less)

huh, that's odd I thought they didn't because it's considered a "super" turret I don't remember seeing railgun in the little menu that tells you what they are comboing with

no... "super" turrets can't combo with another turret (for example... a rocket turret or a fusion turret) but modifier turrets can still affect them. A damage up modifier turret still increases a railgun's damage just like any regular turret.
