Two workers were killed while on the ride platform when the ride turned on on separate occasions. The ride shut down a few months after the last incident. another factor was that the ride had to close anytime there was any sort of bad weather.
I never went on Skyway when I went to Disney. I was even there in '90 so I was able to but was never interested in it so I don't really miss it now that it's gone ^^; Great footage though
It was a surprise when we went there last time and it had disappeared. I wonder what the reason was.
