I little bit of locomotive technology with the Alco prime movers that's still running hard. Even when they showed it on Dirty Jobs with Mike Rowe it was sweet.

Each one of the links in the crawlers weigh about 1 ton.
I am surprised that NASA hasn't updated the Alcos to a EMD 256 or a 710 motor because the ACLOs are known to be smoky and somewhat unreliable.
