@klyus This was not a Madonna show, it was an event with many other artists, and as you can check for yourself, the ONLY artists who had the ENTIRE stadium jumping up and down were Madonna and the Foo Fighters. And about Live 8, the highlight was Madonna, who managed to make the paparazzi put their cameras down for a minute and join the performance. RW is good and his HITS are well known in the UK and people sing popular songs, but as a performer, he is in no way compared to Madonna. Sorry.
Respect to Madonna - but Lady Gaga is an unstoppable force. Over time her achievements will match and then surpass Madonna's. But they're both excellent performers.

She is mediocre in everything she does, except in being managers. people identify with her. the motto is that everyone can achieve their dreams. and then she was always able to influence and create fashions and styles. then looks at her is always fun.

@bladimik I will happily agree to disagree because I think she has an innate talent that is almost unrivalled. Not as a singer but as a performer and yes as a manager, her publicity and PR is incredible, but I also think she is. Respect your opinion though its all good

@hardcandyconfessions I would agree, and even say that she's a good singer. Maybe she doesn't have a giant range like Christina Aguilera, but she has a very pretty voice. It's pleasing to hear.
She's about 50 in this video, and dancing with the best of them, and she's doing a much better job singing than I can. :)

I think cause she does sound pretty horrible here to be honest lol, people wouldnt say it otherwise. madonna is very hit and miss in my opinion when singing live and she sounds pretty bad here/strugggling. on the other hand, I LOVE madonna, always have and think she is a great performer, its common knowledge that she is not an amazing vocalist especially live, she has sounded really good at times and others really bad. I agree unlike Shitney Spears at Leasy madge sings most of her shows live!!

I was lucky enough to see the soundcheck for this the day before showday - full show, empty stadium - magical. Then for shownight I was backstage looking out at the crowd, dancing along behind the backdrop - it was electrifying at Wembley that night!
