Great video! BTW, what was up with the crossing at the beginning? I've never seen it delayed so much in its activation. Then again, I have seen it malfunctioning before.

There's a switch in the cab that sets the crossings to run on auto or manual. It was probably set to manual for some reason. Why, though, IDK.
