The concept is "Deregulation" and what created the current economic collapse with bailing out Failed Billion Dollar Institutions while rewarding and allowing the Top & Middle Managers to escape Accountability!

Notice how "Free Trade" pushers never call it "Deregulated Trade". Deregulation or what is "Unregulated Trade" strictly states and is strictly prohibited in the US Constitution.

The apex of either communism or capitalism requires the outright rejection of any elements of the other. Thats why both have failed.

Governments need to realize that these forms of markets are not exclusionary, and you can have your competitive market WITH financial regulation. People need to be protected from the inhuman predatory nature of the free market, but not to a point of non-competitive laxation.

The failure of "free market" for the US is like the failure of Communism for the USSR. If this continues to go south and take other economies of South America with it, I think we might get more socialism or something like it in Latin America. Even in the US no one seems to mind governmet intervention in the so called free market.
