i like it! i this is what i wear to work too. i also wear jeggings, leggings, dresses, skirts and even sweat or pj's sometimes lol. we wear all sorts of stuff at my office and noone cares lol. we all just dress what we like. sometimes when i wear a suit my boss even says "are u going somewhere special today" lol......

too tight, short sleeves are a big no no, too much going on at the waist with the bow and belt and you definitely need something inside the jacket to cover up your chest. This is all wrong. The only thing right about this is the length of the skirt. Come on "expert" village.

That skirt is too tight - you can tell by the ripples. The jacket is too short. Shoes are too shiny. Too tight cothes ae not good for an interview. That outfit in a larger size would be ok for the office, but with black peep toe heels.

seriously, i have to agree with other viewers, the outfit is a little inappropriate for a formal job interview. It should be a black business suit (long sleeve suit jacket, a matching black pants), you can find a decent set from JCrew, banana republic, sometimes even at Express!!!

I actually seen a office clerical worker downtown pittsburgh filing papers in an outfit as tight as this one. I do feel it's too tight for business, but if her boss is male, I'm sure he's forgiving to some degree. I think she looks amazing in this outfit and she's been hated on by other females.
