i love this track, as a world map theme to me it comes REALY dam close to FF3's map theme wich is my fav out of every other FF game (both DS & NES versions but mostly the DS version). i wuld say this is my second fav but its very hard to! Gotta give Nobuo props for this =]
Yesterday I was playing to this game. My mother was sitting right next to me. This song was playing on the game and then she said: "What a beautiful tune..." One minute after, she was humming this theme. That proves that Uematsu-sensei's music is not just a videogame track, is an art masterpiece itself. Great, great game.
