I been given a quote once for insurance on an MG Metro once and it was for one year £4,000 because they can be stolen easily. More than a Mitsubishi Evo X FQ300
I now have and Race the Metro Tiff is racing in this video. It can now be seen competing in this seasons Drayton Manor Park MG Metro Cup. It's now Number 22.
@MrCallumChaos Rumour had it in the paddock on the day that it didn't overheat it was just better for the telly!? I can remember thinking Tiff was going to p*ss all over us and win by a mile and I was in Class B but as it turned out the only time I saw him was when he held a microphone up my nose.
@beechhillgarage Thanks for this info. It keeps up with the Back of Class B as it stands now, but there's still more we can do like fit an STR-930 Cam and let Peter Burgess skim the head (he's said that's all he can do to make it any better), and we've just had our drivers meeting, and the proposal of using 13" wheels in class A has been passed.
