See. Throw out everything but your dip/pull up bar, the adjustable dumbells and the 300 lb. Olympic bar and weight set. The only thing that counts is intensity.
HIT forever, i never ever trusted it would work but it did. it has proven to be much better than the wastefull days i have spent doing 5 day per week , or even twice a day program .....hit clearly has a better outcome to me at least ( been at it while shifting programs for over 7 months now so far so good), + it gives you a chance and time to focus on other things besides bodybuilding. which sounds balanced.
@eazzymo NO,,there are a lot of types of HIT routines,it´s not the same as saying mike mentzer´s heavy duty.but remember,sometimes you need to deload and not going to failure or simply rest a full week from time to time
