Guys what happened was that he was in a landing for MCAS and since he was landing he was at a slow speed. What happened was that an engine failed as he was going slow and the other engine that was still running couldn't give enough thrust to stay up at that slow of a speed so it stalled. It was a complete accident. It doesn't matter who you are. If you are flying that plane and an engine quits and the other engine can't provide enough thrust to stay up at a slow speed, then the plane WILL stall
Some of the people commenting have such a lack of intelligence that it makes me laugh.. Since when does a machine not have the right to fail? Since when does being advanced make something indestructible or immune to breakage? It was an unfortunate incident, anyone who moderately follows military aviation knows that the Marines use the oldest F-18s made, they will be replaced by F-35s soon, but apparently not soon enough.
