Back in the early '90's there was something about requiring 10 years experience.
I also think at that time, JB required 3 years as did Marten and Freymiller (rip).

Was that on I-40 in Raleigh/Durham area around exit 270/273 by chance? Looks alot like a wreck I remember happening there some number of years ago?
