Tess is badass but her heart is in the right place. She believes the End Justify the Means, like Oliver, but she done worse for unselfish reasons. Tess can be too ruthless but we are seeing a softer side to her this season. I just hope she don't loose her edge. Her & Oliver rival Clark & Lois in their chemistry, but on a more sexual level...
@pardue23 I can't agree more with what you said! Her heart has always been in the right place (and also her heart has always belonged to Oliver). Too bad that the writers didn't think the same... :( Her chemistry with Oliver was/is amazing!
