Well, i've just watched this video after having proplems with my gears, and all i can say is what a fantastic video !! Watched loads of others and this is by far the best,!! Thank u, and i have now got it saved in my fav's for the future set ups.
I always need a refresher course whenever I'm setting up/tuning gears so I jump online to find a tutorial and this is by far the best I've ever seen...this is the first time I've finished the job without any frustration and my gear changes have never sounded so sweet...well done mate!
Thank so much for this it was great. I had changed all cables for my husband bike and was having problems setting rear gears. Filming was good but could have done with better lighting on cogs but instruction was spot on!! Jewels

just as i set the gears up and think ive completed the job, i test rode the bike and wen peddling, the gears knock, how do i get rid of that pls?
