  • b) who the shareholders/stakeholders are, what is their interest, and why is their interest legitimate?

    c) given your rejection of altering airplanes to have larger seats, and the fact that some obesity is due to medical conditions, why should airlines not take on the extra charge themselves for the greater good [like they do for handicapped passengers]?

  • it seems that clemenson had trouble actually addressing the judges' questions on:

    a) how does the principle of welfare apply in circumstances other than obesity, i.e. crying babies and coughing/sick passengers; after taking these circumstances into account, how does that affect your legitimacy of the principle of welfare?

  • clemenson's speaker furthest to the back is pretty good, especially at the line-by-line. however, he was the only one to speak during the entire 10 minute block and most of the rebuttals. why are the front three people even on the team?
