Best gift my father ever gave me. A box full of his old records including Joan Jett and the Blackhearts, Foreigner, Journey, Blues Brothers, Pat Benatar, The Runaways, Queen, Pink Floyd, The Who. Just gotta say it's all the stuff that kicks ass.
another "jewel" from Foreigner - what a splendid, magic voice ... LOU GRAMM is still considered as one of the best pop-rock voices since 30 years, an absolute icon !!!
I bought this Album and it was broken. It had a little hole in the middle. I tried to bring it back but they said it would still play and it did...over and over.
I was surprised that both this song and "Juke Box Hero" charted at #26 yet you hear "Juke Box Hero" on the radio all the time and hardly hear this song on the radio, I like how this song has that ballad/rocker hybrid to it.
@SummernlightningUSA I thought both this song and "Juke Box Hero" are both classics but this song seemed more laid back and radio friendly compared to the brutal "Juke Box Hero"
This is one of those gems that was played on album rock radio back in the day, but never got it's due. It was kinda overshadowed by other songs on the album, such as Urgent, Waiting For A Girl Like You, and the story of a young guitarist's dream - the brutal Juke Box Hero.
All-time fav Foreigner song. REALLY shows-off their pop sensibilities & Gramm's amazing voice. Just saw them last-week w/ Night Ranger & Journey. Foreigner stole the show, like they always do.
Great song, this song should have been a bigger hit than what it was and you never hear this song anywhere on the radio either, I was surprised this song even made the Top 40 considering this song never was on a couple of their greatest hits albums
@zigertube I know this was one of those definite albums everyone had to have back in the early 80s, I have the album on the LP, in ways this song sounds like "Cold As Ice", "Blue Morning, Blue Day" and "Waiting For a Girl Like You" blended in together
I can't believe I just heard this song for the first time last week. Absolutely incredible. This just reinforces the fact that they are the best of their genre.
@rjackson1982 .......Prob my favorite tune on the album.......had this album 29 years now........them, Bad Company and Boston are my favorites from the 70's.
Lou Gramm singing and Mutt Lange producing, no wonder this album sold a bazillion copies.

This is the best Foreigner album. Perfect balance of old-school and synth rock. And the production value on this album is so damn good.

@Sp00kie - Dude, you rock! Thanks for the "4" uploads. This is some of Foreigner's best stuff, before they turned kind of sappy and mainstream pop.
