This looks like some sort of lens flare. Notice how the fairy moves in relation to the camera and light source. Maybe they do exist, but I doubt that this is one.

i think that is a fairy.... the blue glow from its light was actually their energy/aura... human often see their auras...

thats just matrix reflection its a reversal reflection of light from candle its a common misconsecption if it was a fairy it would move and it wouldnt move only when the cam did

We have just got a FANTASTIC nature spirit on film and will be cutting it onto youtube ASAP. We have filmed quite a few, some are like this, others are like glowing moths but they fly tho solid objects!! The best one we got on film flew all the way thro my head and out the other side, strange but true..:-)

yup, this is my friend's bedroom, she said she was studying when the electricity went out. she took a candle to her room and continued studying when she felt something warm hovering near the candle. that's when she decided to take a video.
