If you have still not fixed the bars, it's your rendering settings that are wrong. Make sure you render in full 720p HD 1280-720 dimensions.

The texture pack is the Painterly Pack, its customizable though so it wont look exactly the same

hey when i download it and install it it freezzes my game when i try to use it the only mods i hav are in game invedit and the rest of risu's mods
