@kobrabushcrafter I always worry goof off will peal some of the finish, although it is a machete and should be able to be tarnished hahaha

Lighter fluid (like for a zippo) will get that adhesive off. Put a little on an old t-shirt rub in a circular motion. Try it in a little spot first to male sure it doesn't mess up the finish. Good Luck!
