LOL, I am a real estate owner and investor and I could care less about how so called "pretty" the real estate agent is. I see this all the time and some of the worst homes have attractive women trying to sell them. Forget pretty agents. What matters is the cash flow you can get out of the property if investing, the area the property is in and the condition of the property, full disclosure of known flaws, price, etc. Outside of that I could careless if Godzilla is the agent.
