  • where do you get the printer from and the paper. thanx.

  • @mgaukrodger ebay. It has gone down to under £30 now

  • if it was 10 by 15 cms the picture I would buy it with eyes closed. but this is REALLY small...

  • too small

  • (slobber) :D

  • does it have zink? or does sink stand for zero ink?

  • @MissGawJess1 Both lol

  • can i use with other camera ?\

  • aww that sucks they should've made it a camera and a printer like the old polaroids!

  • is it only for polariod or can u use nikon and canon cameras too?

  • @NicksDream did you even watch the video? he's using a canon in this demonstration. . .

  • i printed two weeks ago and i cannot print now, cannot pair to printer, tried 0000 and 1234 will not work, Need help. any ideas

  • its like it gave birth

  • Does it work with any camera?

  • can i print whit the iphone

  • is there any way to make the device print black and white photos? I want to print from my cell phone, but can't edit the image at all.

  • The old poloroids printed out faster, bigger pictures, and the good vintage look. The new PoGo is slower, loud, and prints much smaller... WTF.

  • Wow cool. Looks very handy!

  • Where's The white border used to love writing stuff underneath the photo.

  • Have you heard about the Polaroid joke?

It takes a minute to get.

  • dont it have the old polaroid style on the pictures?

  • Now at 34€, not bad for a tiny printer

  • here is not new technology...the old polaroid cameras used the same technology...just read a bit more in google and youll see what i say is true... the pogo is kinda better just because it has a inprovement in picture quality, has bluetooth and usb conection...

  • HEY POLAROID, HOW BOUT YOU DONT GIVE INSTRUCTIONS IN PICTURES, EH? Goshdarn. IM SO FRUSTRATED. and no, i dont go to your support page to buy a holder for said printer THAT ISNT FREAKING WORKING. SDGHDGJHGJSFGJS.

  • I just got one of these-on sale, dirt cheap. The first picture that came out looked great-small, but great. Then the next picture got streaks in it-bad. The instructions said to take one of the sheets and turn it upside down, close the lid and it will feed through. This should fix it. It didn't. The pictures got worse. Then the battery died, it lasted for about five pictures. Wireless printing worked perfect. Is what I got defective?

  • Thank you for this review!

  • wow this has gone down i can get a new one for £23 and 30 sheets for under a £5

  • LOL @ 6:18 it sounds like ur saying "i'll be out and about shooting bitches"

  • @bigz008 lol i cracked up like an egg

  • amazon Polaroid 636

  • lmaoo that shit took foreverrr... i was waiting for the damn thing to come out like.. ehh...uh.... waiit for it... there.

  • @marlo916 that's what she said

  • It's a little disappointing that Gaga is in charge of the company now, and they still haven't managed to come up with better ideas. I like this, but surely the design could have been a little more... spiffy. And iPhone compatibility is a must.

  • do u have one? cuz i want to buy one Pogo, but im not sure....... the printed pictures... they dont erase easily? or decolorated???

    my english its not good

  • my god they are £10 now prices do come down...

  • @sheckyluva7 I would take the picture in the effect you want first such as changing your photo effect on your camera to Black/White or Sepia, or negative or something like that then printing to the PoGo. Hope that helps!

  • Meh. it doesn't look anywhere as good as the good old polaroid. some technologies just don't need "improving" . no wonder that Pogaux wasn't popular.

bring back the polaroidof my childhood

  • I miss shaking the photo though....

  • Sometimes when I'm printing a picture it cuts off a piece of it !? :(

  • Seriously, look at the size of the image, you can get camera screens bigger than that, and you don't have to waste a sheet of expensive paper, where are you going to put that...

  • u wont believe that now the printer is like only £18 on amazon

  • does it run out of ink? and how much for the photo paper?

  • @seaboo143 Im not a camera expert so I could be wrong here but I dont think the Pogo needs any ink because its a polaroid printer, I think he mentioned that in the video :)

  • @seaboo143 This camera utilizes zink technologies that are embedded into the special paper you buy, so no ink is needed.

You do have to buy the paper though.

  • I want thisss sooo bad; where did you geeeet iiit !!!? <3

  • *the printed picture i mean

  • they're just too small:( i want the old polaroid back

  • saw this for 60 bucks on amazon!!

  • @Caleb0014 $60??? This is £18 ($27) on Amazon UK.

  • i got 3 of em

  • how do u replace the ink?? :)

  • @demyrik it does not use ink. It is ZINK technology, Zero Ink.

  • So can you just plug in a flash drive and print things or do you have to have bluetooth?

  • Does it have flash????

  • would i be able to connect my iPhone straight to this through USB? or does it need that pictbridge thing? Thanks :)

  • @iLikePie0o7 just print it over bluetooth.

  • I bought this for £15.00 (new and boxed ) and the paper now costs £9.99 for 90 sheets.

The downside is that the battery is useless, it needs recharging all the time. Car charger not sold in the UK only US.

  • soooo not cool.

no where near the same as instant film agreed?

its just a portable printer!!!!!!!!! lameeeeeee!

it really hasnt become more popular

  • I still love polaroids, and maybe buy one someday :)

  • Amazon Pogo £20

    70 Pogo Papers £11

    or

    30 Pogo Papers for £3

    no im not advertising..... xD

  • oh. i thought that it takes pictures also.

  • does it work with the iPhone?

  • lady gaga

  • @tvbr100 holy crap!

  • I would like one but only as a toy. I mean who really wants photo's that small. And here in Australia we have 10c prints and can pick up within the hour, 15c instant prints. But here we have the pogo, that's just been released in the past few weeks, for $AU99. But this is 2 years later. I wonder how much is cost UK residents nowadays. I also wonder if they will ever make polaroids at 4x6. Coz I don't think that they'll make it too bulky if they went 4x6

  • @tezros it currently costs £29.99 in most stores

  • do you have a list of compatible cameras?

  • i don't think that i saved money from this product like some say....coz i figured that it's $.30 per 2"X3" print compared with $.18 per 4"X6" print (glossy) at a local Walmart ! But as advertised it is an "instant digital printer" where there is no need to wait for hours even days for photos, yet the quality is still incomparable with regular 4"X6" prints.Would I recommend POGO? it's fun to have yet i'd only use it as a last option to print photos!

  • I'm totally addicted, it's a wonderful product.

  • I wonder if this would also print from the computer.?

  • @stee1face You sure can

  • @leodee wat if i folded up a peice of a4 paper then put it in there and clicked print?

    would it work??

  • @FirstGenTactics ROFL - NO!

  • @leodee too late

  • @FirstGenTactics how so?

  • @FirstGenTactics awesome :))

  • @leodee how much is this

  • @leodee how much is this amarican

  • @leodee how to print from a computer without bluetooth ability??

  • it seems like good value since there is no need to keep buying ink cartridges but I just wish there was a larger size available

  • i miss the original polaroid films!!!!!!! BRING IT BAACKKK!!

  • search for the impossible project on youtube - they sell film i think

  • Am i the only person that, though very impressed and happy about the no ink cartridges, thinks that the quality of the pictures is worse than the original polaroid??

  • hi guys, I lost the charger. can I charge it in any other ways? Thanks!

  • They do a printer that has a camera built in aswell. Its called a Polaroid PoGo Instant Digital Camera or Polaroid Two - Digital Instant Camera

  • i want one. but this still doesn't beat the REAL polaroids :D

  • heh no way man.. I had one of the first polaroid Camera's Bulky and heavy as hell But it took a lot of good memory's over the years :D

  • I want one!

  • i wished the photos were bigger!!

  • ya it would be nice to have them bigger 4X5 would be nice tho

  • where do you get more paper?

  • Ah... difficult to say. Probably the butcher may have some?

  • online..staples...office max..

  • I like the concept of pictures devolping pictures in front of you. I hope Poloriod "perfected" this camera from the 1st instamatic camera they put out years ago !!!!!!

  • Question's-

Does it work with a Camcorder, with Pictures?

If i bluetooth an edited pic, does it mess it up?

  • oh god thank you so much. why are the instructions so cryptic!? didn't want to load the paper wrong.

  • This video was useful :D Thankyou!!

Why is everyone so upset about the size of the prints? The small size is part of its charm! It's only like an inch or so smaller than polaroid 600 film anyway.

  • thanks this helped me out a bunch

  • Taht's crap compared to real old fashionned Polaroid.

  • @pomelo34 agreed, but still, since the old paper things are out of production (at least at my place you can't find them anymore, don't know if it's so for everyone), that's the best we can get.

  • @MrsMuffies I don't see why you cling on to old technology. It's far surpassed by the equivalent modern equipment.

  • @MrsMuffies I don't see why you cling on to old technology. It's far surpassed by the equivalent modern equipment.

  • Thank you Matt for this demonstration!! Amazing printer.. (and very cheap price..;-) )

  • i printed my very first picture on pogo but the printed picture was automatically cropped to the center. what size should my pictures be? so i can prevent this from happening again?

  • Where can i get these in the UK?

    :)

  • I got mine today. :) It's amazing! Real good for it's price. Mine came with my camera so I got mine free ;)

  • Just got my pogo fom coke zone points!!!!

  • i won one, havent opened it yet, giving it to my kid for Christmas...i am excited about it though

  • I want one. And I will get one =)

  • this is the shit! i can't wait to get mine tomorrow woooooo

  • my dip shit ass put the paper in wrong,i should have just whatched this in the first place! thank youuu! But i have to ask,Do you always have to put the blue piece back in when your going to print again?

  • No you just need the smart sheet whenever you load a new pack of paper and each pack has its own smartsheet.

  • everytime i print on mine the sheets come out blank, its pissing me off!

  • Same thing happened to me , the paper was loaded wrong. The instructions for loading the paper are shit

  • can you hook the Pogo up to your laptop and print pictures from there?

I have loads of pics on my laptop that i'd like to turn into prints, but i don't want to have to put them all onto an SD card to load into my camera in order to print :/

also a have a G1 phone and it seems to be pretty much bluetooth incompatile with everything!

    but excellent demonstration mate!

  • you should go to one of those web sites where you can upload your digital pictures and order prints from them.. Kodak's website does this i believe.

  • You can print from a laptop if it has bluetooth.

Bonisprint are the best for photo prints in my opinion.

  • thanks for the advice guys. i have been using online photo services, but i wanted the pogo for little snaps (and because it's cool).

my laptop doesn't have bluetooth, i was more hoping that there was a USB connection. it kinda sucks if there isn't as it's pretty standard in everything now.

  • I imagine, since it has a mini-usb port. Just have a mini-usb to usb cord and you should be good to go.

  • Yes, but you need Pictbridge

  • what if you run out of ink.. were do you get more... what about if you used all the paper??... someone tell.mee

  • its ink less. only problem the pictures seem a little washed out

  • There is no ink. The paper itself is what has the developing chemicals. All you need to do is get more paper! :)

  • check amazon, you can buy 70 sheets for 11.99.

  • i got it for free with a sanyo xacti cg10 from amazon , its nice but kinda useless considering the size of the pictures

  • Comment removed

  • i'm going to buy it.i was wondering does it work on my digital cam i have SD600.i was wondering you can print pics off your cellphone to the polaroid by using blue tooth?can you show me how it works?when the printer it coming out slow on the paper.

  • will this work for a nikon D300? just curious.

  • it works witha nikon d60, so yes i guess.

    check the instruction book under:

    picbridge

  • can you use the pogo with a sony camera or does the camera has to be polaroid as well?

  • lol, wtf, look at the vid. He uses a Canon!

  • yay i cant wait to get mine! i got it free cuz i bought a new camera and now i no what it is! thanks! :D

  • very helpful, thank you!

  • only today in amazon golden deals section it cost 29.99 for it!

which is why i got it =D!

    better get urs today

  • The first that came into my mind when they discontinued the old instant films and start selling PoGo was:

    "HUUWHYYYYYYYY???"

  • i got the 20 quid 1

  • buy from ebay today... its £ 20 only....

  • sold out now. All 6500 GONE

  • let's say you want to print more than 1 picture at a time. is there any way to tell your digicam to print all of the pics so you can leave the room and come back to 10 pics printed?

  • Hey, Nice slide show ^_^

  • i want the old polaroid back

  • @rainbowseason impossible project .... (not a comment but a name of the endevour) the px 100 is good and they are working on a color version avaliable soon.!

  • @rainbowseason Go buy one then.

  • what was wrong with the original why stop making the old film

  • too expensive for them to make not enough ppl buying not making money so closed the factory T_T curse digicam for killing film camera industry

  • I wanted one of those for my birthday, but now when i see how damn small the pictures are i dont. why can't they make a tool like that that prints regular size pictures??

  • According to Polaroid it's all down to how much power these things need to work. They need a lot of heat to make the paper develop and heat obviously needs a lot of battery so not only would larger paper make the thing bigger from the point of the paper taking up more room but you'd also need a lot more battery space.

  • why you cutted the video @ 4:36 ? ywould be nice to see how long it was about to print

  • There is no cut in the video

  • ofcourse there is. in the middle of the 36th second (4:36)

i saw it like 10 times now

  • It's not a cut, it must just be an encoding hiccup.

  • there is no cut. he just moved is hand more fast and the fuckin framerate did the rest

  • fukin' framerate! but nice video! next time, put it on 25FpS... not 10!

  • What you talking about? It's recorded and edited at 30

  • the damn thing isn't smooth. lol

  • yay go polaroid!!oh and apple and mac SUCKS!

  • just got one of these for $120au and lovin it :)

  • it looked like the camera was pregnant...and birthing...the bab!

  • Bring back the film!

  • do you have to hook up your camera to it or can you do it wirelessly?

  • would it work with a SLR camera?

  • shit.. im definitely gon buy one. is it compatible with a nikon coolpix s210? how would u know which cameras its compatible with

  • its pretty much compatable with All digital cameras because that was the point of making this thing.

but if you really wanted to confirm check the website or any other commonly sensible locations

  • ayt cool THX =D

  • It works with every pictbridge product. Just make sure your camera is pictbridge (which is pretty common).

The big miss for now is iPhone compatibility, and I'm sad my PoGo can't connect to my iPhone over bluetooth :(

  • Yeah but that's the iPhone's fault not the PoGo's!

  • Sure... but with OS 3.0, I wonder if an app could change that...

  • true IPHONES BLUE TOOTH SUCK!!!

  • how much do the refills cost?

  • .20 cents per paper.

    I think.

They come in 20, 40, and 80 pieces per pack.

  • aww it only prints? that's lame. they should make it a camera and i would buy it.

  • Comment removed

  • there is a camera version

  • omg the blue paper takes forever to take out, plus the pictures are so small

their older instant cameras are much better if you're really looking for instant photography which appeals to more artistic people or just enthusiasts

  • i wish it was a camera/printer...

  • Yea they do make cameras with them in now i think there called "Polaroid Two - Digital Instant Camera" you can get them of FireBox and there about £229.95.

  • There is one, the Polaroid Pogo Camera, due out in the USA in June, 2009. Check the Polaroid Website.

  • can it self destruct ?

  • Haha.

You, my good friend, have made my day.

  • Can it take video?

  • No, its a PRINTER

  • But how well does it work as a GPS?

  • how many songs can it hold?
