Of course the Iron Man suit is superior to Batman's get-up. The two aren't comparable, because Batman didn't commission his usual suit for the same purpose as Stark did with his. Batman has made other suits in DC continity that would kick Iron Man's ass, though.

Batman also knows (almost) everyone's weak spot.
