  • Hey Buffie, I would like to say that I appreciate the fact that youre interested in motivating other women to make positive changes to their lives. I think is amazing that youre open enough to share your journey with us. These days, a lot of women resort to surgery and quick fixes, thank you for showing us that hard work really does pay off =).   • Buffie, PLEASE come out with a DVD compilation of your best workouts, especially for gaining a bigger butt. There is not a lot of DVDs out there that focus on increasing the size and sculpting the shape of the butt.... I like watching the vids on here, but would like to pop it in my DVD player and do one after the other, or a special routein. A LOT of people would buy your DVD!

I hate that when I gain wt. my waist gets bigger, I want to have a small waste and maintain my figure, I have a nice behind, thighs and everything else.. Or do you have one for purchase.   • Buffy you sound just like me, because if I stay from working out for three to four days straight, I do realize my eating habits get nasty. Also, I find myself having more energy when I eat right, and workout at least 30 min. a day. When you are building muscle in some of the large muscle groups, are you only supposed to work on them every other day, or can you work on them consecutively every day for better results?

  • @aRealJawjaPeach When you're building muscles make sure you're not working that same muscle everyday. You need to give that muscle time to rest and recover. I usually wait until my muscle is not sore anymore (2-4 days) and then I work that muscle again. You have to let muscles rest and recover if you're trying to build them.

  • Hi Buffie, I fell off the wagon after a nasty car accident that I had in May of this year. I found this video on youtube while searching for videos to inspire me to workout again and this one did the trick. I really appreciate this, please keep more videos like this one coming :)

  • HOW DO I GO ABOUT GAINING WEIGHT BUT WHERE IT LOOKS GOOD AND TONED???..i consider myself slim now (5'6, 150lbs) because i dont have wide hips i just have a big butt and thighs and when i gain it goes to those areas and lower back and stomach and when i try to exercise to lose it my booty and legs shrink...how do i get both of both worlds curvy but tight?   • @lovehim86 with surgery.

    Really don't get fooled by video models and the like. You are talking about liposuction and liposculpture. You cannot change the way your body gains fat. if you want some parts to have more fat then the others, but your body doesn't help, the only way is through surgery.

    Alternatively you have poly methyl methacrylate to provide almost fat like volume to specific parts of your body. Silicone is a last option and the least natural, rarely working for butts.

  • Great vid! At first I thought you were only going to discuss aesthetics and looking good. I'm glad that you addressed chronic conditions that disproportionately affect African-American people. Specifically, black women suffer from cardiac disease at an alarming rate and exercise is great to help with these conditions.

  • @09GirlGirly Hello, I normally just go to Amazon and search health books that I'm interested in. Amazon is the best place to buy books. If you get them used, that's even better (cheaper).

    I can recommend a book to you by the incredible Dr. Robert Morse. It is titled "The Detox Miracle Sourcebook". He also has a YouTube channel which I suggest anyone who is interested in their health to check out.

    I have read many books on health and nutrition in my life but I have never read a book that has provided more insight and knowledge into health and wellness. Really the best and most informative book on health.

I'm really into clean eating and trying to find great recipes. i recommend this site called cleananddelicious. It's got great info on that. :) Thanks Buffie you look great. I still got like 25 more to lose but I am working on it.
