When I attempted to zoom in on the Gulf to try to identify what I thought was a boat, white triangular shapes with a 'do not photograph' logo appeared to block the view. We're not allowed to look at the planet we live on. Who do these assholes think they are? I'll be very surprised if all this bullshit with the banks, the corporate take over of the treasury, and this BP thing doesn't lead up to a fucking revolution.

In tort there is no "claim" or "loss" if income can be readily replaced....it's called MITIGATION of damages and not court in the land will allow you or you little shrimpers to actually make a windfall on a loss....it doesn't work that way.
