It is very foolish for Islam to cling to Creationism. Mainstream Christianity has long accepted that the Book of Genesis cannot be literally true. Maintaining such literealism will undermine the Islamic faith as people realize through education that the Quran and Bible on a purely literal level is demonstrably false.
Life as we know it is, among other things, dependent on at least 2000 different enzymes. How could the blind forces of the primal sea manage to put together the correct chemical elements to build enzymes? Not to mention synchronize each aspect so that life may exist? The odds of cellular life evolving are about one-in-10^40000, which is literally impossible just from a big bang. It will ensure it gets passed down because that species will have advantages of sexual selection and a natural survival advantage. apply this to development of enzymes.

The S shape effectively cripples us as we age. Apparently you haven't read, "The Origin of Species" because Darwin in fact does state that he did not have enough evidence. It was just his observation and a weak theory. In fact Darwinism is nearly dead, but other theories of evolution have sprung up. (Aliens? Microbes in underwater vents etc)

Btw a lot of the academics cited are actually not atheists, like Francisco Ayala who is a highly decorated evolutionary biologist or Francis Collins which is head of the human genome project.

It is very foolish for Islam to cling to Creationism. Mainstream Christianity has long accepted that the Book of Genesis cannot be literally true. Maintaining such literealism will undermine the Islamic faith as people realize through education that the Quran and Bible on a purely literal level is demonstrably false.

Life as we know it is, among other things, dependent on at least 2000 different enzymes. How could the blind forces of the primal sea manage to put together the correct chemical elements to build enzymes? Not to mention synchronize each aspect so that life may exist? The odds of cellular life evolving are about one-in-10^40000, which is literally impossible just from a big bang. Are you so arrogant to believe what little knowledge found can prove there is no creator?

@DarkNova941 Well you miss the entire point of evolution. Imagine a member of a species develops a trait through mutation and this trait becomes useful. It will ensure it gets passed down because that species will have advantages of sexual selection and a natural survival advantage. apply this to development of enzymes.
