Produced in 1995, The Teochew Family stars Kenneth Tsang, Zeng Huifen, Zoe Tay and Chew Chor Meng. The Supporting Cast consists of Hong Huifang, Jin Yinji, Li Yinzhu, Chen Shucheng, Wang Changli, Lina Ng, Zhang Wenxiang, Qian Hanqun, and Zhu Houren.

This show is one of the few quality renaissance shows of TCS before they truly gone downhill. Because the ratings of this show was good, they went on to make 客家之歌 and 琼园咖啡香, based on different dialect groups in Singapore.

I think this would be the PEAK of SBC drama. The time they afford expensive productions like these. To think they can even afford a Jacky Cheung song! Gone are the days.. TCS productions these days are all cheap dramas..
