I usually amplify everyones/turn up the volume.

Then I kind of amplify it backwards when it's too loud, like at the chorus.

I think... when we're all singing together, I need to make it quieter. O______O It's blurring.

one thing to try if somebody has super-quite mic that become superblurry when you amplify, like airu's old one, is to just make everyone else quieter. that way you can compromise on how blurry the quietest person ends up sounding.
