Look people this is free running not parkour these are totallt two different subjects we r talkin about here. parkour is moving to point A to point B as quickly and as efficient as possible. anf Free running is like acrobatic shit and doing flips while moving through an urban or rural envirnment is has a little parkour in it though.

Guys... who cares what it is. Everyone knows this is tricking. For the people who need an explanation... PARKOUR= Getting from one place to another as efficiently as possible. FREERUNNING= Implements the efficient moves in parkour but makes it more into a freestyle and also uses tricking, breakdancing, martial arts etc. TRICKING= Flips n shizz wherever you wanna do em.

tricking is done on flat grounds like grass or pylo floor. freerunning is flipping of platforms and stuff.

@abudi91 Freerunning requires mobility, and is the act of combining aesthetical acrobatics with movement. Tricking utilises similar manoeuvres, but in a static environment. I am unsure of whether tricking must be done at floor level or not, yet I don't see why it wouldn't include using elevated objects, as long as the motion is static.

@JamieJ332 No it's not. If I saw someone just do a flip, it would not be freerunning. It would be a flip. Gymnastics incorporates flips, and it is by no means considered freerunning. Flips are flips. Parkour is efficiency of mobility. Freerunning is a combination of the two, combining efficiency and aesthetics. Flips aren't necessary in freerunning, but are certainly welcomed. Simply doing flips is not freerunning - it's more tricking. This is tricking. Get it right.

tricking is on a flat surface, this is with obstacles :) I think both parkour and freerunning is just playing with obstacles; parkour is to the more efficient side, more focused on speed, while freerunning is more artistic. Hence I do think it's freerunning... this vid just incorporates a tiny part of it.
