They are amazing at acrobatics but its more a showcase of flips. I like the old spirit of lindy hop. My favorite dancers that incorporate air tricks are max and annie from canada.

@lindybeige I completely agree with your assessment! Effortless would be the best term to describe Nathalie's aerials. Yuval, and Nathalie make the routine seem SO simple, and easy.

Actually, this is not really lindy hop. This is west coast swing with a few touches of lindy hop and rock n roll. Entertaining clip tho.

fijago. check out the clown routine by this couple. I know they are not a ballroom couple and i promise you very few people should ever try these tricks. also check their team hop swing and a jump (traffic jam) on you tube. anyway, i hope you enjoy their other routines that are more traditional lindy. in any case nathalie won the last two years of pro jack and jill which is an improve comp in the lindy world. enjoy

Hmm, I doubt that anyone (I've never seen any) can do these aerials... they're spectacular! But the dancing is quite stiff, ball-room like and doesn't have the swing 'groove' and then I I would like to see how they would do with another partner... I have my doubts that it would be nice

At the end, when they flip between each other's legs, is that a belt flip? Is there any other term for it? I can't find any instructions or descriptions online for that move when I search for "belt flip" (other than youtube videos).

It is a belt flip, as far as I know of the term. Wikihow has an article on how to do one.

no it is not a "belt flip" they do their tricks without any matting or belts and they have to trust each other in order for yuval to catch nathalie

For me the most impressive thing about the way they do the aerials is the fact that she at the end of them looks as though nothing happened - completely on-balance, unruffled, and ready for the next move.

ok well if you want to get picky about it yes there are elements of charleston, balboa, and lindy hop but I woul still say that it is lindy hop since (even with the large amounts of choreography allot of it is still very leadable in lindy hop, it's tricky but it's dooable with a sensitive follow and a precis lead.
