  • This is hipster bullshit music. If you want good music that sounds a lot like this, La Dispute is the way to go. Not the fucking tambourine and half-assed distorted guitar effects.

  • I love every piece of music Oceana has ever put out. Amazing musicians and real people. They have personally touched me more than any other band will ever. I relate to Bren a lot in his lyrics, and it saved me during my teenage years. Can't wait for new stuff.

  • Lol, I love these guys. They tried what Brand New was very successful with: Giving off a new sound for every new album.

  • like if youre here because rise records fucked up the actual one... haha

  • i didnt like this EP at first but now its growing on me

  • Jesus Christ!

  • Saw them last night and fell completely in love with them. Amazing band.

  • Favorite albums

    1. The Tide

    2. BirthEater

    3. Clean Head EP

And they are all awesome in their own ways

  • Oceana is a band that grew up with me.

  • this is infinitely better than the tide. that sound was good for its time but bands have to change and show some soul. much love to these guys

  • only song on birtheater i like is abortion plan, b/c of clean vocals

  • birtheater is best, but i love the indie sound they have now :D

  • This song is really good to trip balls on salvia to

  • wth happened to oceana?!!?! they used to be so good and yea i guess this is good if you like alternative but shit i miss the old oceana....

  • This is good, but it sounds a bit like Special by Mew.

  • I honestly think they can make it decently big in the alternative genre, they have what it takes. this is something people could listen to on the radio

  • Not saying this is bad... But I liked The Tide more lol

  • @xmega45x lol me too

  • @xmega45x .. 100% agree. This is a whole new band. And birtheater was a mistake.

  • @xmega45x respectfully disagree! they were one of the leaders in that over-produced melodic hardcore scene and I loved it at the time but I feel this music style has more musical depth and maturity. It's also more difficult to write.

  • @have2o4noa Well, I mean, in my OWN opinion, I liked The Tide. I don't really listen to any Oceana anymore, and I'm not a huge fan of the whole indie scene. I'm more into melodic heavy stuff like Means or Misery Signals, but that's just my own taste.

  • probably one of the best songs ever created. by the best band ever.

  • l0:00veeeeeee

  • ah, the tide.

  • im soooo chill right now

  • no finer felling exists <3

  • this song is a absolute masterpiece! oceana is a great post-hardcore and indie/alternative band.

  • Amazing band with amazing talents! True music

  • Intro sounds almost exactly like "Joy"...

  • @TheAmazingKraken but its still goooooooooooooooooood so it doesnt matter

  • @AlbusAndHarry It is good, but it does matter because creativity and diversity in a track is nice.

  • this isn't bad, but i personally think birth.eater. was their best album. this is just completely different. it's not the band i fell in love with.

  • @AnnieHasNoLife I Couldn't agree more with that statement

  • @AnnieHasNoLife personally i love birth eater as well. but i love how this band is unlike any other and no one can say they're bad because you cant stereo type them because they arent just metal or hardcore. they've grasped their minds and talents around multiple genres of music. personally i love how this album sounds. its like a nice relief from some of the heavy music todays artists are producing. and i love how no one trolls Oceana <3 h

  • @AnnieHasNoLife ehhh idk about that

  • @AnnieHasNoLife Oceana currently has a very different line up now then when they made the birth.eater album, so in essence it isn't the band you fell in love with :) they kinda pulled an underoath /:

  • i love all their music, i havent heard a bad album from them their music deserves way more appreciation

  • are they really the same oceana as they were with the tide?

  • THANK YOU!!!!

  • @JSasRays your welcome. if you have any requests feel free to message me and i'l see what i can do
