Sure, he swears, cab drivers swear, I swear, but at the end of the day, people w/ families should NOT have to put up w/ a constant barrage of "strong language" if they don't want to. It should be easy for people to avoid if necessary, and it's becoming harder and harder to do so all in the name of "free speech." I'm an American who believes strongly in the 1st Amendment, but the RIGHT to free speech also comes w/ the RESPONSIBILITY of not abusing the privilege and unnecessarily offending people!
@yobhsiFehT first off, free speech is not a "privilege." it is a right you have, because you are alive. yeah, people have taken it away before, but it is something that belongs to you. so there isn't really any "privilege" to abuse is there? and besides, sometimes people need to be offended. who are you to say what does and does not need to be said?
I agree it is a right, but we are privileged to be able to exercise it so freely. And many people exercise it TOO freely. Rights always demand responsibility; "to whom much is given" and whatnot. If people exercise their freedom w/o any thought for others who might possibly be harmed by their actions, that ceases to be real freedom, which implies the exercise of the will or - GASP! - the conscience! And I agree that *sometimes* people need to be offended, but that's not the norm.
who watches MTV? I don't watch Mtv since 2002, except for one time when I went to a house and they were watching "Pimp my ride" or your ride or whatever. I thought: I'm glad I don't watch it anymore.
Which is stupid because EVERYBODY is ignorant. Every living creature in the universe is ignorant. HOW ignorant you are is what varies. When you do it on purpose then it turns into a problem.
Too bad it's not an honest interview with Rollins.
Both Thom and Henry seem to dabble in similar social and political views, so it would've been nice to see Thom interviewed by someone other than a generic television personality.

@yesh0yesh0yesh Exactly it is a natural right, not a civil right even though governments are always trying to take it away.
