I have a bichon frise and a good reason to get one is that they dont shed and they are non-hypoalergenic wich means if your alergic to dogs then you cant get alergies from a bichon frise. P.S. they are great loving dogs.

A dog is probably the best friend you could ever have. He's always there for you, in good times and bad; he'll never let you down. All he needs is love and you'll get lots more in return. Can't think of a better reason for a dog.

S/he may not be use to wearing clothes. My yorkie did THE SAME THING when I put a sweater on him for the first time (in the winter of course). Once he got use to it, he'd run around, but before, I could probably put the sweater on, go to work, then to get groceries, and come home and he'd be in the same spot I left him when I first put the sweater on him. I think they have to get use to something around their arms.
