have a special sweeper for electric opponents because if you choose a physical sweeper there is a static ability majority of some electric poke.and of course have an icebeam and aurorabeam for grass types...and dragon types.use a kingdra so that youll have no prob with electric and grass poke.

not all water team need a starmie.....

there are many substitute for starmie like milotic(if you like to have any strategy milotic would be so fit except for bolt beam strategy)and lapras(if you like to use bolt beam)then again a spinner starmie can be substituted by a cloyster with rapid spin, toxic, explosion and surf.
