I love Tennessee. The warmth of the scenery is only matched by the warmth of the people.
We often stopped in Tennessee on the way from Ontario to Florida, and every time someone said "we should just stay here some time." because it was so beautiful and the people were so friendly. And finally, my wife and I did exactly that. We drove all night and spent 4 days in Tennessee, and it was fantastic.
We saw all the sights and took in some shows, but the best part was just being there.
Most of those things can be seen outside the city of Knoxville like Sevierville, Pigeon Forge, or Gatlinburg
