  • I'm in Australia as I speak, visiting from the U.S.

Whoa, this country is big on lamb, I've been eating lamb ever since I've got here, and when get back home I'm gonna eat more of it. I love lamb!!!!!!!!!

  • That's medium-well

  • Congratulations on only seasoning a 1/4 of the lamb.

  • @Buster31391 That's what I said! what a poorly done video!!!

  • Excellent video thank you.

  • nope, south africa, plus, Thats raw mate, u dont eat sheep raw, and its not tender looking at all. search "The Best Roast Lamb", now thats what i call tender, juicy and not raw

  • @Lekkerdom raw? that's not raw, that is medium well! i prefer my lamb a nice rare to medium rare... that would make it more tender and juicy, if anything i'd say the meat in this video is a bit overcooked that's why it doesn't look tender.

  • Average

  • Australia has the best meat in the world..

  • @DC180 I belive that the best lamb comes from NZ and from Wales, UK.

  • I have to agree with landis, I like to sear the meat as I think it gives the meat a nicer look when done, but I got some good tips from you.

    Thanks

  • It really bothers me when people only season the tops of roast. Why not season all sides of it? Also should have seared it a bit first. I appreciate how you know that it needs to rest and to cut across the grain however, also resting it on some veg was a good move.
