Once I accidentally dislocated my shoulder in gym class. Everyone was clambering around me, "Are you okay?" they kept repeating in frantic voices. Their confusion mounted when I turned my arm and licked my elbow, finally capable because of the injury. Then I popped my arm back into it's socket. All a true story.

There is another way you can bend your elbow that makes it closer to be able to lick. Basically, just keep your arm kinda straight and put your chin over your arm, I was close to licking my elbow, but not close enough.
