  • Why not just maintain the origional choke?

  • This video was not posted by the school or the instructor. Vidieorio posted all the videos and created the titles to help with the search. He has been asked to take them down and he still has not. My apologies for all the misleading titles.

  • OK, here's the rest:

    6. Avoid head-on collision of forces.

7.Focus on the smallest point possible (proper direction of force)

    8. Energy transfer...

    9. Rotational momentum.

10.Transitional flow (Type in Wally jay dance of pain and enjoy the show!)

  • It is misleading. And if you click on the link they provide- your comp gets bombarded by all kinds of crap, so DON'T!

I'll try to post 10 principles after reviewing them in Wally Jay's book Small Circle JJ.

    1. Balance

    2. Utilize "Base"

    3. Maintain constant control thru pain

    4. Mentally resist pain

    5. Mobility vs Stability

    6. err-r, it's been awhile : (

  • Title a bit misleading, no? Was expecting something on the "Ten Principles"....

  • hahahaha i agree with videoiorio, you beat him to a pulp ;)

  • dear scooty742,

you crack him in the melon until he is loose.

    thanks

    rob iorio

  • Sorry about age to reply. Yep I sort of agree I was talking about applying the choke only. Once on the ground "cracking his melon" would definalty work, but if the choke goes on crap like this video clip then it ain't happin.

  • This move works well when applied tight and quick. Not as easy to apply with resistance
