There is no unequal charge within the magnet. A magnet is like a piece of metal, no charge, no voltage, no current. Magnetism and electricity are different fields, there is movement of electrons from one end to another in a battery because chemicals in the battery separate charges, causing one side to be pos and the other neg. There is no chemical charge difference between N and S on a magnet.
Further, you nothing sends an electric charge. I think you mean current, the movement of electrons.
