Looks good, But every thing has been detail distance, view distance etc have been set to 1. That is too low.

@FFMHockeyFan you have to have the latest gta IV patch, then update your ati 4650 to the latest. and i recommend windows 7 64 bit

@MsAndrey94 ati hd 4650 is the best, go see 5450's test they fucking suck, it can run cod4 mw2 on lowest settings at like 20 fps screw that lol, 8400 gs can run cod4 mw2 on high/med settings at like 30-50 fps and 4650 can run it all max at like 40-60 fps, 4650 is cheaper than 5450 too

i have the same gpu as you and i did this after watching this video and i was like HOLY SHIT BEAUTIFUL!!! the only problem is the shadows. its always the shadows that lag for me and i dont know why. i have ati hd 4650 and 4gb ram (but vista 32 so its not really 4gb being used) and an intel core2 quad cpu.

Type "can you run it" in google and use it to know if the game works
