.... many a times .... i hv been wondering why the producers of today with a galaxy of pvt channels .... can't re-make such a fairytale series with local / historical characters for our kids .... or our kids are destined to watch only harry Potter etc .... ;((

This is not the indian version?, what version is this? I seen this series in india a long time ago, so i cant really remember wat exactly it looked like however i clearly remember the intro song and a select few senes, like a charachter name Malika Thakuthi!
