I've already tried this with my method and unfortunately, I think it has some defects, like when you beat the first Antlion Guard (the big guy who commands the Antlions, you get the pheropods from him) a vortigaunt shows up after you kill him, the vortigaunt is supposed to speak, but he only stands there doing nothing, I dunno if it's the Super Gravity Gun that did it, but it only happens when I use the Super Gravity Gun early in the game.

neither can i if you watced the video. Citizens are not scripted to be picked up with super gravity gun, Mainly because they are uniquely animated. Try it on the rebels thats follow you later in the game.

bind a button as "map d3_citadel_03" without quotes then bind another to "changelevel d1_trainstation_01"

then another for "impulse 101" to get all weapons and you sholud have it the whole game

its not the physgun, its the Super Gravity Gun, or called the Dark Energy as you said. You get it when your weapons get vaporised in one of the last levels in Half Life 2.
