this camcorder is crap!!! i got one that only came with 20 mins of recording time, so i took it back to kmart lol

can someone please help me, when ever i connect the ez201 on my pc it says that "one of the usb devices attached to the computer has malfunction", can someone please tell me what i'm doing wrong???

Problem isn't with your ez201... probably. Did you update it? I would investigate your usb drivers first. Good luck.

i'm having this problem and i just sent my camcorder to RCA today and so it will be replaced.
