I think that meal bands just shouldn't use any reference to the holocaust, just as I think that Slayer shouldn't have used Auschwitz for their lyrics in Angel of death. 4. The people in the band stated they wanted to make a real death metal album of pure misanthopy and made it clear that this EP\mini-album was all they would ever release

This hurts my ears. The lyrics don't make sense. The melody is monotonous. This music is shit. And Zyklon B was something Nazi Germany used to their advantage in WWII. If you praise this sort of shit, then you are equivalent to shit.

"Blood must be shed" was released through Malicious Records in mid-90's . In the cd-booklet it says that Zyclon B is not a political band. ..Hey this is all about misanthropy and genocide. EVERYBODY DIE!- -not just the jews..

And it is not me who claims this is Death metal, according to Ishan, Samoth, Frost and Aldrahan; it is the ONLY death metal band and this EP was ment as a statement. They never intended to release more than this. Keep in mind when this came out the death scene was dominated by crap like Carcass, Canibal Corpse, Entoomed and so on. So they wanted to show what real death metal should be like, i.e misanthropy, war and omnicide. Enjoy =)

That you wander through the song and don't look back isn't always a bad thing, it's harder to make a good song that way, which would make it a far greater song if succeeded :)

( Emperor,Dødheimsgard,Satyricon) -The music was composed by Samoth. Great drumming by Frost. This is not the typical BM music though,I remember this release as a "breath of fresh air" amongst all the corpse-paint/Darkthrone-rippoffs we had here in the mid 90-s..

Ehhh, they flirted with the ideology when they were young like many young Norvegian punks since they have been invaded by them during WW2. By the way, They also put their artist names together by reversing words: Ihsahn... Nhashi (Nazi - ohhhh didnt got that eh?), oh, and Samoth... well a bit less original since his real name is Thomas. Both were friends since they were young so guess what they got that together (most likely ihsahn since hes a more gifted and conceptual than his mate).

Eh, no I don`t have them confused, mate. And it is not me who claims this is Death metal, according to Ishan, Samoth, Frost and Aldrahan; it is the ONLY death metal band and this EP was ment as a statement. They never intended to release more than this. Keep in mind when this came out the death scene was dominated by crap like Carcass, Canibal Corpse, Entoomed and so on. So they wanted to show what real death metal should be like, i.e misanthropy, war and omnicide. Enjoy =)

"Zyklon B był środkiem do odwszawiania użytym w Niemieckich więzieniach podczas II Wojny Światowej. Później stosowano ten środek do zabijania ludzi". Sam zespół określa swoje stanowisko tak: "Zyklon-B nie wiąże się z jakimkolwiek rodzajem politycznej albo rasowej dominacji". To nie zespół gazował więźniów tylko niemieccy naziści.
