My buffs do the same thing...announce BEFORE they lay, and after...which is annoying because i got buffs because they are suppose to be so quiet! yet my REDS don't make a peep! We are hopeful they will "outgrow" this behavior as it is not cool to have any animal (yes, it is their instinct to bawk) disturbing the neighbors.
